We believe that the following video reflects the required technical performance of the video assignment :)
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable about recording the video.
Technical requirements for the video assignment:

Please do not read the subtitles and do not learn the text by heart and rote it. It is important that you can reflect and correctly express yourself.

Focus on timing - 90 seconds for the question (min - 90, max - 120 sec).

For you to get high-quality video, we recommend using Full HD resolution (1920 * 1080) and the final file format * .mp4.

Technical requirements for the video: MP4, MOV, WMV, WEMB or AVI format, minimum resolution 640x480. The video should be recorded in a well-lit and quiet room.

Throughout the whole video recording, there should be no one other than the speaker. Moreover, only the participant's voice should sound on the video (quiet music in the background is allowed). The contestant's face must be at least 50% of the frame on the video.
Video Tips
A camera or a smartphone?
You may use SLR cameras, camcorders, smartphones with good cameras.
It's advisable to use your workspace environment

Use as much light as possible. It is advisable to shoot in daylight, next to a window. Mind redundant reflection on windows.
Background noise
If you shoot outside, find a quiet place. Remember - in the video, there should be no sound other than the speaker's voice! However, some quiet background music is still allowed. Avoid recording when it's windy, as it can cause redundant background noise.
Use a tripod or some other hard surface to mount a camera - the picture should not twitch. Shoot at right angles - a camera lens should be at the level of your eyes. You should be comfortable looking at the camera.
Use an external microphone in order to get high-quality sound
